First ponytail!

I finally decided to try and pull Caitlin's hair up today and I think it turned out really cute! I am surprised, she has actually left it alone too.

Caitlin is such a good eater. The only thing is she won't let anyone feed her. She is miss independent and has to do it herself! In these pictures she is eating vegetable soup and rice. I don't understand why they always have to put it in their hair!! She got a bath after this meal :)

UPDATE

I just thought I would update everyone on the status of my diagnosis. I went to get my second opinion from the head of neurology at LDS Hospital on Thursday. The first doctor was definitely wrong with his diagnosis. I have another MRI scheduled for next Wednesday. I also had some blood drawn for a blood test for a rare disease called Stiff Person Syndrome (Moersch-Wortmann Syndrome). So I guess I will have some kind of an answer in a about a week or so. I will keep everyone updated.

Love my Wheelchair!

We are so lucky to have a nice wheelchair for Hunter. Today just happen to be one of his bad days and so he spent a lot of time in his chair. It is very comfortable for him and I think that he likes being able to be upright even when he can't move.

Happy Halloween!!

Happy Halloween to everyone. This year was pretty low key for us. Caitlin has been sick the last 3 days so we just stayed home and handed out candy to the other trick-or-treaters. I still wanted to get some pictures of them in their costumes so we dressed them up and got a few quick pictures before Caitlin started to cry and want out of it. My poor little girl just didn't feel good. I am glad that I didn't buy new costumes this year!

A long week/weekend

So I thought I would catch everyone up on what is going on with us. Last week was a crazy one. We went out of town to attend my grandma's funeral. I still can't believe that she is gone. Meanwhile Hunter didn't do very well on the trip-he was very glad to be home. We ended up taking him in to the ER Thursday night thinking he had an ear infection. Well he didn't end up with one to our relief. Then Saturday I ended up in the ER with severe muscle cramps in my whole legs. I am still trying to find out what is wrong with me. So it was a very long week/weekend. I will post new pictures soon.

Sad times!

Well, I have sad news. My Grandma Price passed away this morning 10/20/08. This is the first immediate family member on my side of the family to die. She hasn't been doing well and we all knew it was coming but I don't think you can ever quite prepare yourself. I loved her very much and will miss her. I am comforted to know that we will be with her again someday. I LOVE YOU GRANDMA!

Hunter is slowly coming along in his development. The other day while I was feeding Caitlin breakfast, Hunter decided he wanted to play in his room. He can now go to his room if he wants to. Between rolling and army crawling he manages. I opened up his toy box for him, because I knew that he could reach it from the floor. I went down to check on him after awhile and found him upright in his toy box. I have never seen him do this before. I was very excited! It just shows that when he is motivated he will do it.
